Ontoawinner Stable Visits 21/01/2017

We had a fantastic stable visit yesterday. We started off at Ollie Pears and John Quinns and then went on to Tim Easterbys.

We viewed all of the Ontoawinner horses at each yard and had our first look at some of the 2 year olds which have now started training ahead of the 2017 flat season.

It was a fantastic morning as usual with a fantastic bunch of owners. The 2 year olds looked fantastic and it’s only heightened the sense of excitement ahead of the season.

The two 2 year olds at Ollies look fantastic.

Laydee Victoria

She is a cracking looking bay filly by Sir Prancealot. She looks a very smart, strong type.

The fillys dam, Damask was placed at 2, she is a dam of 2 previous foals and 1 winner

Society Rock x Dane Thyme

This filly has come on a ton since she has gone to Ollie. He reports that she takes to her work very well and is very speedy. The dam has produced 3 winners from 3 runners. She is very well priced at £315 per 2.5% up front.

At Tims, we saw a very exciting colt by Camacho called Aristodemus.

He looks a well built, compact 2-y-0 colt. There is plenty of speed on both sides of the family. He is a very competitively priced colt at £275 upfront per 2.5%

All in all, another excellent visit to see a very exciting crop of horses for the season ahead. We would like to thank Ollie, John and all of their teams for a fantastic morning.
