Parnassian wins at Windsor

DDRdALEW0AEFKMJParnassian lined up in the Class 3 Sky Bet Royal Windsor handicap over 6 furlongs with Ben Curtis aboard the Karl Burke trained son of Elzaam.

He was drawn is stall 1 for the 6 runner event.

From the stalls, there was a blistering early pace. Ben tucked in behind the leaders and got the horse into a nice rhythm. On the turn for home, Ben began to get busy and Parnassian responded. He was game throughout and Ben rode an excellent race to squeeze Parnassian through a gap to get up and win close home.

This was a well-deserved win for the horse who is very genuine. Well done to Ben, all the team at Spigot Lodge and to his owners who bagged some excellent prize money last night.
