Raydiance wins at Haydock & 2 new breezers available

Raydiance

Raydiance lined up in the Daily Racing Specials at 188Bet EBF Novice Stakes at Haydock on Friday where PJ McDonald was aboard the Karl Burke trained Mason colt.

He was drawn in stall 4 for the 7 runner event.  Prior to the start of the race, Green Power who he finished behind on debut got worked up in the stalls, after a few anxious moments Green Power was withdrawn and the race began.

On leaving the stalls, PJ came across to the rail and settled Raydiance at the tail end of the field. He looked to be travelling best of all and by the half way point, it was a matter of when the gap would appear. At the 2 furlong marker, the gap came and PJ nudged Raydaince to the lead and he went on to score by just over 2 lengths. A winner at the second time of asking and bagging a Plus 10 for his owners in the process. He is a nice type that will continue to improve. Congratulations to his owners and all the team at Spigot Lodge.

We added 2 lovely new breeze up horses to the string this week, both were purchased at Goresbridge breeze up sales and are trained by Ben Haslam. Both horses did fantastic breezes in excellent times. We do have shares available, click on the links below for full profiles.
