Mastercraftsman filly.

We are delighted to add this cracking Mastercraftsman filly to the string for the 2021 season. She is a half sister to our own filly Never In Paris and she is in training with Adrian Keatley at his Malton base.

We are big admirers of the sire and we are delighted to add one to the team for the year ahead.

Mastercraftsman is by Danehill Dancer. At 2 years of age, he won the Group 1 National Stakes and the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes, these achievements saw him crowned European Champion 2 year old. At three, he went on to win the Irish 2000 Guineas and the Group 1 St James Palace Stakes. He has been a revelation at stud having sired over 150 stakes winners. He was Europe’s Champion first crop sire in 2013 and has sired horses such as The Grey Gatsby, Kingston Hill and the awesome Alpha Centauri.

The dam – Meeting In Paris is a dam we are very familiar with. She is the dam to our own Never In Paris, she is the dam of 3 winners from 4 runners. All of the 3 winners won at 2 years of age, her most notable offspring is Masucci who realised 90,000 euro as a yearling and has gone onto win over 200k. She is also the dam of the Kevin Ryan trained Roman Encounter, a winner on debut at 2 and stepped up to listed company then.

When we saw this filly and knowing the family well, we had to have her.
