Double Reflection.

Ontoawinner are no strangers to Showcasing progeny after huge success in recent years with group winners Toocoolforschool and Quiet Reflection. We are delighted to offer this stunning filly who goes into training with Karl Burke.

We bought the physical specimen, as she is a real Showcasing athlete, that looks and moves like the star Quiet Reflection.

The stallion Showcasing only ran 7 times, winning twice and being placed 3 times. He won his maiden as a 2 year old at Yarmouth before going on to York and winning the Gimcrack Stakes in a course record time. He is quoted in the timeform records as being the top rated Gimcrack winner. He finished 3rd in the 2 year old Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket. He also finished 3rd in the Group 2 Duke of York Stakes at York. He ran a further 2 times amassing prize money just shy of £130k before being retired to stud due to injury.

In 2014 Showcasing was the leading first season sire in Europe with an impressive 45% strike rate. His progeny include our own Toocoolforschool, the 7 length Group 2 Mill Reef winner and our Group 1 winner Quiet Reflection. Showcasing progeny have been hugely popular at the recent Yearling and Breeze up sales.

The dam was unraced and has produced 3 foals to date. The 2nd dam has produced 3 winners from 3 runners, including 2-y-0 winner Stirling Bridge, and there is plenty of speedy black type through the dam’s line.

We were attracted to this filly immediately as she is very similar in appearance to our own Quiet Reflection. She is sure to sell well. She is racey and showed an excellent temperament. Get in touch to avoid disappointment.
